The office is very close to home and I love downtown Amherst. As soon as you walk in the office you smell of the calming aroma therapy, the relaxing sound of the waterfall and the staff treat you like your family. Dr. Watson is knowledgeable and he takes time to listen as well as answer all my holistic questions. I am a believer in chiropractic medicine. I’ve been very fortunate that it’s worked for me in the past and so happy it’s helping me now. My pain has gone from a tough 8 to a manageable 3, so far in the short time I’ve been there.

"I honestly have never gone on a "diet plan" but I was told before on how to properly eat. I'll explain what I mean by that, my father has always told me to eat just enough. Not too little that I am still hungry and not too much that I cannot get up from my seat. When I first started working out intensely, I was not eating correctly. Not that I ate McDonald's or fatty food, but I would not eat enough protein and enough veggies or eat too late.
Brenden and Nicole helped me out on how to fix my "diet". They made it really easy for me because I was already eating pretty healthy and just had to fix a few things for myself like not eating past 7 pm and learning how to properly use intermittent fasting. My goals were to lose weight so that I can start training the way I used to. I quickly lost weight, but on a healthy time scale. I did not have too many struggles on my road to losing weight. I love to cook, do not like eating sweet stuff or eat out often. The hardest part was to know when to eat and when to stop for the day. Eventually, it got easier for me.
